Face to face tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons are more popular now than ever. They are a blast to play and have been shown to strengthen critical thinking, promote social/emotional learning, build confidence, and help kids express themselves. Still, it can be a challenge to assemble a group and learn how to play. Let Gamemaster Charles Picard be your guide! In this class your kids will participate in weekly improvisations and learn how to run a short campaign of the Quest Role-paying Game, which you can download here for free: https://www.adventure.game/store/digital-edition/ Whether your kid is a beginner, or they’ve already played RPGs with their buddies, they’ll pick up new tips and tricks while forging friendships in a welcoming environment far from phones and screens.
