Description
Camp focus is to introduce students to Advanced Kenpo Karate and develop a basic understanding and level of skill in the martial arts. We cover the history of martial arts and Advanced Kenpo Karate and importance of focus, self control, respect and responsibility. Activities include basic skill development, bag work, drills, partner work, games and other activities.
