TO SIGN UP FOR A JUNIOR RANGER KIT, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR INFORMATION IN THIS FORM. REGISTRATION BEGINS JUNE 1 at 9:00 AM. (https://forms.office.com/g/CA9HdxF0ww)We will contact you with a pickup confirmation email. Please note the following:• Due to limited availability, only the first 190 people will receive an Activity Pack. Any Activity Pack not picked up within TWO days will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waitlist. If a conflict arises that prevents you from picking up your packet, please contact us at recreation@tigard-or.gov call Kaitlyn at (503) 718-2604.• Please do not take an Activity Pack if you have not received a pick-up confirmation email from Tigard Parks & Rec.• Each participant's name will be on their Activity Pack.
