Medicare Frauds & Scams Clackamas County Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) will be educating our community on how to recognize and avoid various types of frauds and scams, including identity theft, Medicare card scams, and home health care fraud. Seniors will learn how to protect their personal information, spot a scam, and what to do if they become victims of fraud. This class is an excellent resource for seniors to protect their financial security.
