2026 Inclusive Gingerbread Build 1:00pm

About This Event

Join Novato Parks & Recreation for a sensory friendly afternoon of gingerbread house decorating! This session is designed for kids, teens, and adults with disabilities, sensory sensitivities, or other access needs, along with their families and friends. We'll keep things relaxed with quiet background music, and a smaller group, plus a quiet space nearby if anyone needs a break. Santa will also be stopping by, so bring your camera for photos! Each kit costs $20 and is perfect for a family of four. Only one kit per family is needed, so no need for each person to sign up individually. For groups with more than four people, we recommend purchasing an additional kit for $16.Service animals are welcome; please leave pets at home. Have a question about accommodations? Give us a call at 415.899.8290 or email novatofun@novato.gov and we'll do our best to help.
