2027 Vendor/Parade Entry

About This Event

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2027 Wine Walk on January 16!  Please complete the online registration and note the important information below:  Business Registration for Participation: Business participation is on a first-come, first-served basis A maximum of 35 businesses will be allowed to participate  The deadline for business registration is December 19 at 11:59pm or when full Registration received after December 19 will not be able to participate Business Participation Fees: If you HAVE a current/valid village and state liquor license, call 847-395-2160 or email kfielder@antioch.il.gov to register for $0. If you DO NOT have a current/valid village and state liquor license, the Village of Antioch will obtain one on your behalf. The fee of the State of Illinois Liquor License is $25 if you register by SATURDAY, December 19. Wine Delivery: Wine will be delivered to your location the week of the wine walk during your posted business hours. If delivery is not successful after 2 attempts, you will be responsible for picking up your wine at Antioch Fine Wine.  Good To Know:  Participating businesses are asked to supply their own volunteers to pour wine at their location.  Wine tastings will be from 12-4pm; Check-in will begin at 11am at the Dolly Spiering Community Center (former Senior Center), located at 817 Holbek Drive.  Materials supplied to you, including leftover wine, will be picked up by Antioch Fine Wine and Liquors immediately following the event or the following business day. Please have any wine leftover ready for pickup. Please Note: The Village of Antioch pays for every bottle of wine that has been used/not returned. You can assist in keeping costs down by adhering to pouring guidelines and returning all unopened bottles.  All materials borrowed from Antioch Fine Wine and Liquors that are not returned in full will be charged to that business after the event had ended.
