Description
FORMAT: Matches will be played on three courts and consist of: men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. Best of 3 games each to 15 points. Scoring will be based on matches won and games won will be used only if needed to determine playoff status. All matches will be self refereed. Play will be a guarantee of 5 matches plus 1 week of playoffs for top teams.TEAMS: Must be made up of 8 people, 6 players plus 2 additional to ensure no forfeits (4 men and 4 women). Team Captain must register and pay the team fee and will receive all communication, schedules, and coordinate team play.All players must be able to: consistently dink while changing direction, punch volleys to back half of court, sustain a controlled volley exchange, perform a 3rd shot drop, directional control on overheads, use lob effectively.
