Become lean, agile, strong, toned during 40, 30, and 20 second Tabata Boot Camp-style exercise intervals that change your body and give you lasting results. All fitness levels welcome. Bring resistance band, one dumbbell and mat. Optional one time equipment fee of up to $15. Walk-in fee available. *No Class 5/11
