Description
Swim Lessons that focus on developing fundamental swim skills while working on basic water safety skills . This class is an Adapted Aquatics class for children of varying ability levels who wish to further their swim skills in a fun and positive environment. Level 1 intro into water skills orient participants to the aquatic environment and help them gain basic aquatic skills. Level 1 participants will learn to use a ladder, submerge their heads underwater, front glide, simultaneous moving arms and legs. All participants are encouraged to develop positive attitudes and safe practices around the water. There is no prerequisite to be a participant in Learn to Swim Level 1.
