Description
This program is designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. Participants must be able to function in a large group setting. Zumba is an upbeat, dancing, and moving class. No rhythm or dance experience is required. It's just a fun and new way for some exercise! Get ready to sweat. Participants will meet at Eagles Community Center located at 828 E.
