Description
This class will be conducted in an open format, with an instructor led warm up/basics review. Then you are free to work on any apparatus either on your own or with the coaches. Our instructors will teach you new skills, set up drills, or help you master current skills. Whether you are a former gymnast, or have no gymnastics experience this class is open to all adults interested in gymnastics.
