Description
This line dance class is a high-improver/ intermediate level class which uses all popular styles of music. This is not a beginner class; you will need a solid foundation in beginning line dance to feel at ease. We will be learning one new dance per week and reviewing the others we have learned. We get a great cardio workout while learning different dance styles and having fun. Dancing with the entire body will be stressed, including arms, hips, and head, not just your feet!
