IMPORTANT: NEW START DATE: Jan. 15 and run through Feb. 19Adult Learn-to-Swim class *No class meeting on Saturday Feb 5, 2022 as the host site of Columbus City Schools Swimming and Diving Championship Meet beginning at 1pm. The American Red Cross offers three levels of instructional swimming for adults. Starting with fundamentals, advancing to stroke development and refinement.Beginners are ALWAYS encouraged. Find a friend or family member to attend lessons WITH you. The best outcomes form by encouragement, learning, and accountability with a person you already know. Instructors provide one-on-one attention while working in small groups to help you set and achieve your goals in the water. Prior to the first day, please consider the following questions: Do you wish to swim for fitness or leisure? What goals, skills, or activities in the water will make me feel accomplished?What is your BEST aquatic memory?*Please stay home if you are sick.*Please check-in at arrival.*Please maintain social distance.*Please wear a mask.
