Description
4/5th Grade. After-School All-Stars is a fun and welcoming sports program for all elementary-aged kids, regardless of skill or ability. During the six-week cross-country season, young athletes build skills, grow confidence, and learn to be part of a team. Coaches will focus on teamwork, communication, and good conduct while introducing the fundamentals of running cross country in a supportive, recreational environment. Teams practice on Mondays and Wednesdays at their elementary schools. Participants will wear a team jersey to represent their school in three cross-country meets with the other elementary schools. Transportation to meets is not provided. There are no practices on no-school days.
