After School Care

Description

Registration is currently closed online, but we still have limited space available! If you are interested in enrolling your child in our After School Care program, please contact Haley Grizzle at hgrizzle@westlafayette.in.gov for availability and registration assistance. Registration Instructions: 1. In order to register, add WLCSC Semester 1 to your cart for each child that you wish to register. The registration fee will be automatically added to the cart for each child. 2. Once all children are added to the cart, press checkout. Please answer the questions on the following page regarding authorized pickups and allergies.  3. Agree to waivers and continue.  4. Each child will have a blue box that says "available payment plans". You must drop down and select After School Care Semester 1 then check the box to agree to automatic payments. From there, you will add your card to pay the registration fee and your spots will be secured. You should only pay a total of $35 per child at the time of registration.  Registration Policies: Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file each Monday of the semester. Fees are $85/week per child for the first 2 children and $70/week per child for each additional child. Refunds will not be issued, and weeks will not be prorated for absences. Weeks that school is out of session for 3 or more days (resulting in the child attending the program for 2 or fewer days) will automatically be prorated.  There are currently no daily rates offered for this program. Registrations are made for an entire semester and families must pay each week of that semester. If you decide to unenroll mid semester, the spot will be given to the next child on the waiting list. There will be a $35 per child non-refundable registration fee charged in order to hold spots for the program.
