ALL-STARS NAUTICAL MILE (Pre-K): SHS Track & Field (Veteran’s Memorial Gym @ Rec Dept. if raining). Our very popular Nautical Mile program is back for the fall, designed for ALL abilities to help improve fitness level. Workouts will include a variety of approaches from running intervals, aerobic exercises, stretching and core strengthening – customized to multiple ability levels through a variety of fun exercises, games and teamwork activities. This program is designed as a non-competitive physical and social recreational activity for students who would enjoy a fun experience while building skills. Instructor: Erin Culbert. 6 weeks (NO CLASS 10/12). Sundays: Sept. 14 – Oct. 26Grades 1-8 - 9:30am – 10:30am FEE: $60
