Description
Participants will learn how to perform CPR and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults and how to prevent, recognize, and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in infants and children. Participants will learn how to use AEDs (automatic external defibrillators) and learn to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, and back injuries, and heat and cold emergencies. Age: 15+ years old Date: Monday, November 7 Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Cost: $70.00 for Centre Members $100.00 for Community Participants Place: Centre Classroom Registration Deadline: Monday, October 31 Minimum/Maximum participants: 4/8
