Join Apex for a fitness class hosted at a neighborhood business out and about in our community! Enjoy a morning yoga class to improve balance, flexibility, and core strength out on the upstairs patio. After the workout, enjoy an adult beverage provided by Colorado Tap House. All levels welcome; bring your own mat.
