Description
Level 4: Course prerequisites include: twelve yards of both front crawl (with side breathing) and back crawl; 25 yards elementary back stroke; tread water (or float) for 30 seconds. Butterfly and breaststroke are introduced in this level. Students will continue to work on front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, elementary backstroke and butterfly, while building endurance and confidence. Water safety skills continue.
