Aqua Kickboxing

Description

This class will include boxing and kickboxing moves combined with general water aerobics moves set to timed intervals followed by a fun activity of the day including circuits, the use of an aqua blast bag, etc. This class is not set to music, but music will be playing in the background. Some of the activities we may do might be hard on those who have joint pain or injuries, but it's open for everyone to try.
