Description
Proof of Vaccination required for all participants 18+ to participate in this program. For individuals with a primary intellectual or developmental disability. In this low intensity activity, various styles of walking across the width of the shallow end of the pool will be covered. The aquatic environment is easy on the joints and offers more resistance.
