Description
Participants will take part in a light aerobics exercise session to help relieve any joint discomfort you may be experiencing. *SAME DAY & LATE REGISTRATION IS NOT ALLOWED AT THIS TIME*Minimum of 3 participants needed for class to take place if not, class will be cancelled.*Pre-registration is required.
