Ages 7-9Our top notch baseball trainers will cover the importance of proper throwing mechanics, rotational hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching and catching. Speed and agility will be added to increase core strength & mobility for added bat speed, range in the field and linear speed for base running. In game strategies will be taught to increase each player's overall knowledge.Bring: Labeled water bottle & glove
