Students will receive hands-on training in a lecture and kitchen lab environment. They will learn culinary terms, cooking techniques, kitchen and food safety, kitchen math, and basic nutrition. Topics include sautéing, simmering, stir-frying, and more. No prior experience required. Class materials fee: $60.
