About This Event

Winter Beginner Guitar SeriesFranklin guitar teacher Marty Keith, owner of Edenbrooke Music, will teach beginner guitar lessons with students in a group environment. (This can also include electric guitar, bass guitar, and baritone ukulele. All instruments will be included in the same class.)The goal of this class is to give students the foundation to learn the songs they love and build the skills to play them. Over the course of 6 weeks, students will learn basic understanding and techniques of the instrument. They will learn to play basic chords and rhythm patterns and apply those to actual songs they will learn beginning in the very first class. Each week students will learn a new song, chord, and/or rhythm pattern as well basic music theory to help understand how to get around the neck of the instrument.Marty Keith (John Martin Keith) is a touring recording artist, producer, songwriter, podcast host, and worship pastor with 30+ years of experience.
