Beginner Quilting
450 Bryant St, Palo Alto, CA 94301, USA
Description
This beginner-friendly one-hour quilting class is the perfect introduction to basic quilting techniques. Participants will learn how to select and arrange fabric, sew simple quilted layers, and finish a set of four handmade coasters. No prior sewing or quilting experience is needed. Coasters can be completed with hand-sewing or on a machine. Students will leave with a four-coaster set to complete at home or after class, new quilting skills, and the confidence to start future quilting projects. Materials and tools (except sewing machines) are provided. If you have sharp sewing scissors or a portable sewing machine, you are welcome to bring them.
