Kindergarten Readiness Program Our Kindergarten Readiness program is available for children entering kindergarten in the fall. This summer preschool program will give your young ones the opportunity to learn new things, meet new friends and gain memorable experiences that they will cherish forever. Each class size will contain no more than 12 students. Extended Care is also available. Education and EnrichmentThis course focuses on early childhood education and skill building. We will focus on the specific skills needed to navigate kindergarten successfully. Our summer curriculum includes: Recognizing and writing your child’s name;Letter recognition, writing, and sounds;Numbers zero to 20;Shapes and colors;Fine motor skills development;Classroom etiquette;and how to rock “Cap and Gown” during graduation.Dates June 10th to August 16th (10 weeks)Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays8:30am to 11:30am. Important Notes:Our Preschool and ChildCARE sites will be closed June 19 in observance of Juneteenth and July 4th in observance of Independence Day.The Graduation Ceremony is scheduled for August 11th.Location:Bonnie Benedict Preschool504 E 2nd St, Newberg, OR 97132(503) 538-4602Fee Structure Description:$600 for Newberg and Dundee residents. $650 for Out-Of-District participants. DiscountsFull-Day Daycare/Summer CARE 2024Do you need childcare outside of preschool times? We offer childcare from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Children enrolled in both programs receive a 20% discount for Summer Camp Care. Please see Summer CARE 2024 information page for details. Multiple Child Discount - 20% discount for siblings enrolled in our Summer Camp Care Program and/or Bonnie Benedict Preschool Summer Programs.
