Boys Beginner Gymnastics

Do you have one of those live-wire, tree climbing boys? Put all that power, balance and strength to the test in this fun-filled class designed especially for boys. Activities are geared to emphasize upper body strength, abdominal strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and tumbling skills.Requirements: Gymnastics attire – leotard or athletic shorts/pants with a shirt tucked, non-skid footie socks, easy slide on shoes for entering and exiting the facility, hair pulled up and away from face and a water bottle.- Registration is available online or by calling (757) 886-2729. - Preregistration is required. No registrations will be accepted on the first day of classes.
