This transformative technique, based off Neurographic Art Therapy, is thought to be a powerful tool of self-discovery and personal growth, reduce stress, promote emotional wellbeing and benefits the brain. The act of creating specific gentle, flowing patterns and shapes is believed to stimulate pathways in the brain associated with different emotions and thought patterns while tapping into the subconscious. The session begins with mindful movements along with a gentle breath practice to help students achieve a relaxed state of mind. No artistic skills required-it’s all about the flow. A $10 Material Fee is payable to the instructor.
