Breathletics Golf Breathwork Clinic

Ages 15+Take your golf game to the next level with the Breathletics Golf Breathwork Clinic, a performance-based training experience designed specifically for golfers. Each participant will complete a series of brief breathwork screens to assess their individual breathing capacity and patterns. From there, a personalized breathwork plan is created to match each golfer's needs and abilities. Participants will learn how to intentionally control and optimize their breathing before, during and after a round, helping translate breathwork directly into on-course performance. Each participant will learn how to increase swing velocity, improve VO2 max, have more power and razor sharp nerves before every shot or putt.
