CATS Ninja & Parkour classes combine gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and trampoline skills in a fun, high-energy environment for kids of all experience levels. These co-ed classes help children build strength, coordination, agility, and body awareness through obstacle courses and creative challenges. They also offer open workouts for athletes ages 6+ to practice skills.
