Description
Boost your quality of life in this light-hearted, hybrid class. We use the chair for seated work and supported standing poses to build a supple and agile frame. A veteran coach with 25 years of experience applies Physics 101 to improve balance and body confidence. YOGABODY inspired breathwork is used to regulate the nervous system and manage energy. A yoga mat is suggested for stability; blocks, strap, and blanket/towel recommended. Please contact a CSR at 520-625-3440 for a non-member class pass. Drop-in fee $15.
