Class is Free for Copper Sky Members, but registration is required.Chair Yoga - a great way to help with pain relief, relaxation, and flexibility. This one hour class will help you stretch out some of those muscles while relaxing at the same time. Class will be held in the west side of the Gymnasium.Please note: Individuals on the wait list will have the opportunity, five minutes after class starts, to join class if open spots are available. Please be sure to arrive on time to keep your reserved spot.
