About This Event
Spend a weekend using service design tools to tackle real civic challenges in Atlanta! Civic Jam is a three-day, hands-on design jam hosted by SDN Atlanta in partnership with Civic Tech Atlanta, with thanks to our host sponsor, Harmonic. Unlike a hackathon, this event is workshop focused, with big-picture thinking, and scrappy prototyping. You'll join a small team, dig into a civic challenge, and take it through the full service design process, from understanding the audience, to framing the problem, and eventually sharing your solution ideas at the end of the weekend. When Friday, Nov 13: 6:00–8:00 PM Saturday, Nov 14: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Sunday, Nov 15: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Who should come Researchers Designers Product folks Public servants Studen
