Cycle and TRX (Ages 18+)Committing yourself to a fitness program is hard enough. This cardio and strength fusion will give you bang for your buck. Start off on the cycle bike for a 30 minute ride. Finish with strength drills using dumbbells, bands, barbells and more for a one stop full body workout.
