Description
Dining is a skill, so come and learn how to become a star at the table! We practice setting the table for a three-course meal and learn how to use the appropriate silverware when eating bread and butter, a main course and a dessert. We focus on posture and poise, greeting the COVID-19 way (smiling eyes and voice and a respectful nod with good eye-contact), introductions, voice level, when to leave a party or group with appreciation and farewells, and thank you notes. Appropriate cell-phone use is discussed and learned through games. (No food is used during this course) Business casual dress required (no jeans or tennis shoes allowed)
