Join Us for a Youth Boxing ClinicGet ready to step into the ring! Join undefeated Pro Boxer and hometown hero Trinidad Vargas for an exciting Youth Boxing Clinic at Dalworth Recreation Center. Kids and teens of all skill levels are welcome to learned boxing fundamentals, build confidence, and stay active. Event Details:Date: November 14thLocation: Dalworth Recreation CenterCheck-in: 11:30AM - 12:00PMClinic time: 12:00PM - 2:00PMWhat kids and teens will learn:Proper stance and footworkBasic punches and combinations (jabs, crosses, hooks)Defense and movement techniquesDiscipline, conditioning, and athletic agilityWe'll provide water and snacks, and boxing gloves will be available for participants to use during the session. Please have your kids wear workout clothing-gym pants or shorts, a T-shirt, and comfortable shoes.
