Dynamic Mat Pilates

Description

Pilates is an incredible form of movement that connects us deep into our core. The practice emphasizes moving mindfully with intention and awareness; this is what creates a powerful mind-body connection. This class will combine the elements of physical strengthening and therapeutic exercises. We will explore the fundamentals of Pilates to create a deeper understanding of the exercises and increase overall body awareness. Modifications will be offered. All levels welcome. Drop-ins welcome: $25Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the session/program begins.
