Ed. Talk: Behind the Scenes with Arvada Police
6842 Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada, CO 80003, USA
Description
Join us for our family-friendly educational talk series featuring a different topic each month. Each talk will be followed by time for questions. In February we are hosting Edward Brady, Deputy Chief of the Arvada Police Department. The TV is filled with all kinds of police shows, but what really happens at the local level? Does every crime end with a foot or car chase? What type of equipment does a police officer carry? How has policing changed over the last 25 years? How do you become a police officer? Bring your own kid-friendly questions for Deputy Chief Brady. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Fee is per person; please register in advance.
