Family Lifestyle Change Program (Monday) - Quartz

UW Health is launching a Family Lifestyle Change Program for families who are looking to get fit, prevent diabetes and eat healthier as a family. The program will be on Monday afternoons (4-5pm) for all children 9 years and older and one caregiver. Check out this video for a sneak preview! We will take one small step at a time to eat healthier, be more active, sleep better and improve mental health. This program is a year-long with: Weeks 1-16 will meet weekly Weeks 17-23 will meet every other weekWeeks 24–27 will meet monthly All meetings will be hosted In-Person in the Learning Kitchen at The American Center, the UW Health Eastside hospital in Madison. The Lifestyle Change Program has partnered with Quartz to provide the program at a discounted rate of $250. Payment for this program is due in full. Programming expense is eligible for FSA and HSA dollars. The curriculum is available on the National DPP website at Curricula and Handouts.
