Forensic Science: Grades 6-8
Harker Middle School Campus 3800 Blackford Ave, San Jose, California, 95117
Description
The curious and clever will want to check out this cool class! Students who join this program will get out their rubber gloves and get ready for investigations, interrogations and evidence analysis. Summer investigators will participate in daily lessons in crime solving, including discussions and inquiry-based assignments. Simulation will be used wherever possible, including blood analysis. Of course, students will be reinforcing many important math and science concepts and improving their writing and vocabulary skills, but they will be so busy catching the crooks, they'll hardly notice!
