About This Event
Come play some frisbee! Even if you've never thrown one, we'll teach you how. We'll toss the disks around for a while, and if we have a good turnout, we can play a game of Ultimate, which is sort of like soccer and (American) football but with a frisbee. We'll teach you how to play this, too, but this is a good basic video: https://youtu.be/YkMMqOUNyKk As always, all are welcome! We'll modify play to the group's level, and we take plenty of water breaks. Be sure to bring water and dress appropriately for exercise and the weather!
