Description
Want to strengthen and tone with low-impact movements? Using classic dance positions, the instructor makes a fun workout that will increase flexibility and strength in knees, back, and shoulders. This class is adaptable to individual physical skills and limitations. Students need to be able to stand and move for 60 minutes. A chair and the barre will assist with movements. Supplies: wear comfortable clothes, dance socks with traction or go barefoot, bring a water bottle, light weights (under three pounds), and a mat for floor work. Drop-in Fee $15.
