Freezing nights and warmer days cause maple sap to flow up into the tree. That makes March the perfect time to tap maple trees! Together we will tap a maple tree and make maple syrup and maple sugar candy! You will have an opportunity to taste real maple syrup made right here in Central Park, or using your own sugar maple tree at home.
