Description
Join us for a day dedicated to female empowerment, connection, and the joy of sports! In a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment, participants will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of sports and even try some out for themselves. Whether you’re discovering a new sport or reigniting a passion from the past, this day is all about exploring opportunities to get active, have fun, and build confidence. Connect with community agencies and organizations that offer sports and recreation activities, leagues, programs, and gatherings for girls and women. Discover new opportunities, meet like-minded people, and learn how you can stay active and involved in your community. We hope you leave feeling empowered, inspired, excited about sports, and connected to new people and resources that can support your journey! Goal: Increase leisure awareness, develop new social connections, increase self-confidence
