This world-renowned destination combines a zoo, botanical garden, art gallery, and natural history museum into one immersive outdoor experience.This is a self-guided tour, allowing you to explore at your own pace and choose the exhibits and experiences that interest you most. If you have four hours, you can enjoy a half-day visit that still leaves you wanting more!Start at the Orientation Ramada for a quick overview of the Sonoran Desert region and what makes it so unique. From there, wander through the Mountain Woodland to see mountain lions, black bears, and Mexican gray wolves, then continue on to the Desert Grasslands for prairie dogs and the fascinating Vulture Culture exhibit.After the presentation, stroll through the beautiful Agave and Cactus Gardens and the Riparian Corridor, home to bighorn sheep, beaver, and otters. Guests may also choose to experience Stingray Touch (additional fee applies), visit the Ironwood Gallery art exhibit, or simply relax with ice cream or coffee from Phoebe’s Coffee Bar before browsing the Mountain House Gift Shop.Transportation will be provided, with departure from the Del Sol Clubhouse.
