Description
Learn gymnastics skills and train at one of the premier facilities in the Twin Cities area. All classes meet at the Roseville Gymnastics Center at RAHS.This class requires mastery of Intermediate II skills. Students must also be able to perform a handspring flat-back on fault, squat on bars, handstand on beam, and a round-off back handspring on tramp. Emphasis on strength, flexibility, and form.
