Description
This new gymnastics programs will meet two days a week for an hour each day to help gymnasts enhance their skills in tumbling, balance beam, floor exercise, uneven and parallel bars, and vault. Gymnasts will learn skills using flexibility, strength, conditioning, and dance elements. To enroll, children must have previously attended a gymnastics class.
