Description
Program Information: Beginner ballet provides an introduction to the elementary positions of classical ballet. Classes focus on vocabulary, awareness and execution of proper posture and alignment, as well as the application of proper technique through barre exercises, center floor, and combinations which travel across the floor. The class will also prepare students for the mental discipline required of the performance art form. What to wear: Black leotard no skirt, pink non-shiny tights, pink leather ballet slippers, Hair in a bun on the crown of the head, no jewelry except for stud style earrings.
