Description

In our progressive gymnastics program, school-age children develop total body strength, balance, coordination and tumbling skills through activity circuits and conditioning drills. Once fundamentals are mastered, gymnasts test their skills on the balance beam, vault and uneven bars. Class contests, games and relay races help motivate gymnasts as a group, while each gymnast is encouraged to develop strength and skill at her own unique pace.COVID Registration Information:- Registration is available online or by calling (757) 926-1400. - Preregistration is required. No registrations will be accepted on the first day of classes.
